Cycling is an integral part of triathlon and usually takes the longest time during any race – you can expect to spend approximately 50% of your total race time on your bike so learning to love this discipline is vital for success!

To help, you need to keep riding all year round so we try to enable this through online sessions, from the safety of your home using a turbo/smart trainer, and through uncoached bike rides when the weather is suitable.
